Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

At Propreel, we are committed to delivering exceptional real estate video services that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. Our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy ensures that you, our valued client, are completely satisfied with the final product.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the final video product, please let us know within 5 days of receiving the final delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and make the necessary revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

2. Revision Policy

  • Minor Revisions: We offer one round of minor revisions at no additional cost. Minor revisions include changes such as adjusting color grading, correcting minor errors, and tweaking audio levels, editing branded content or realtor contact information.

  • Major Revisions: For major revisions, which include significant changes to the content or structure of the video, we offer one round of revisions. Additional major revisions may be subject to an additional fee.

3. Conditions

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  • Feedback and revision requests must be communicated in writing within 5 days of the final delivery.

  • The Guarantee does not cover changes in project scope or additional services requested after the initial agreement.

4. Refund Policy

If, after the revision process, you are still not satisfied with the final product, we will offer a partial refund. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the extent of the work completed and the specific circumstances of the project. Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the final delivery. All videos must have not been uploaded to MLS, other web listings, or social media. A refund will not be issued if the videos have been posted on any platform. A refund will be issued within 10 business days.

5. Exclusions

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to the following:

  • Services provided on a pro bono or discounted basis.

  • Client-provided content or elements beyond our control.

  • Delays or dissatisfaction caused by third-party vendors or partners.
